Junior Analyst Demand Planning & Inventory - Manpower Middle East

This is a Contract Role under ManpowerGroup - 12 months renewable contract.


THE OPPORTUNITY:


The Junior Analyst Demand Planning & Inventory is accountable to manage forecast and inventory for one of the Client's region. This is a central and fundamental position responsible for developing and executing Demand Plan and Inventory. The challenge will be to meet market demand and supply chain KPI such as Sales Forecast accuracy, inventory and Loss on Goods Destroyed (LOGD) whilst promoting a cooperative and positive environment among all stakeholders (customers, factories, finance and marketing).


Specifically, you will:


• Support in creating and maintain forecast models for the region’s portfolio, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer service and others resources.
• Monitor network stock level for your region including stock at factory, in transit and Duty Free warehouse. You will ensure timely production to prevent high or low stock level and take proactive action to minimize LOGD and Out of Stock (OOS).
• Support in manage a portfolio of over 250’s SKUs by monitoring product launches, optimizing phase-in/phase-out and portfolio rationalization.
• Provide support to Marketing, Sales and Business Planning on new product launches and markets dynamics to contribute to your region’s objectives achievements. You will negotiate with stakeholders to cope with new circumstances or issues.
• Provide analysis and reports (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets) to Management with structured and accurate information to support decision making and inform them on market situation during monthly Demand meeting.
