We are assisting a leading financial services firm based in Dubai.
This huge multinational organisation is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to assist a professional team in all areas of HR support.
Key Accountabilities
• Administer and assist with Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Emiratisation, Off-boarding and other activities within the scope of HR Services.
• Respond to and resolve HR inquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others, to provide an effective customer service and clear advice to colleagues and customers.
• Compose routine and non-routine correspondence as directed and act as liaison with other departments as needed.
• Establish and maintain department records and confidential files; generates standard letters and forms; maintains hold file/diary system and follows-up as appropriate.
Prepare documents, presentations and other materials to a clear brief, using established formats and standard software, to present the content clearly and accurately.
• Provide appropriate data and basic analysis for monthly reporting.
• Process mails, bills, contracts, invoices, or cheques.
• Develop a practical understanding of how processes and systems in own area of work relate to the management of risk and compliance to ensure the delivery of the processes minimizes risk and complies to required standards. Provide feedback and recommendations for the improvement of processes and systems.
• Model behaviours that demonstrate commitment to corporate values.
• Participate fully as a team member and contribute to the improved performance of the team.
• Expand knowledge and exchange it with team members and business partners.
