What does the role involve?
You will be part of our diverse Finance team reporting to the Head of Credit & Collection. In this role, you will handle credit management and debit collection, resolve disputed billings and outstanding accounts pro-actively, daily calls to our customers and visits them on site once/ or twice a month, and build personal relationship with the main contacts, execute collection strategy, collect and allocate payments, perform account reconciliations, analyze and forecast the credit performance of the company and work on and lead shared projects in Credit and Collection locally.
