Our client is now recruiting for a Client Management Analyst.
About Team : Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts online. We're uniquely situated to help shape how government entities and telecom operators grow in the digital age. We advise clients on our's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities:
· Develop data-driven recommendations that align with client marketing objectives and help them grow by converting online activity into sales, both online and in-store. Use your comprehensive knowledge of online advertising products to align them with clients' marketing objectives.
· Acquire and share deep knowledge of the Telco & Government industry, competitive landscapes, client products and key business issues that affect the client and industry.
· Utilize measurement tools to add relevant, trustworthy data to presentations and proposals. Share expertise and best practices back and forth between customers, colleagues and internal specialist communities.
· Provide leadership in data gathering, decision making frameworks and analytic guidance to drive projects.
· Develop and manage strong relationships with advertising clients. Become a trusted advisor and provide excellent customer service to our advertisers. Proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems. What makes this job unique with us?
