Your Role:
Accountable for setting up and delivering on growth objectives for the category.. You would be an assertive "growth enabler" who has a positive track record of maneuvering through the various challenges that faced the Nigerian markets last year. Leading the strategy development, NPD and consumer communication. Developing a clear vision combining all the factors of local /regional and global strategic initiatives. Working with a team you should be able to carry people with you and develop / mentor talent to higher levels.
