Job Summary:
- To ensure effective supervision and therefore achievement of sales & distribution targets through effective planning, leading and controlling daily activities of vending attendants
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervision of vending attendants in order to achieve sales and distribution targets
- Responsible for ensuring that Vending Attendants visit their sites as per route plans and perform their duties accordingly including practicing FIFO in stock rotation
- Responsible for ensuring that vending attendants have their KPIs and targets (monthly, weekly, and daily); daily performance reviews / analysis for each KPI; and production and submission of the Daily KPI report
- Responsible for ensuring that vending attendants achieve their KPIs (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Responsible for ensuring that vending attendants visit all sites / machines as per route plans and ensure that all machines are in working order and have been filled with products accordingly – ensuring 100% capacity utilization always
- Responsible for attending to all machine problems and investigating why some machines may be having problems and taking the necessary corrective actions without delay daily
- Responsible for attending to all machines problems / issues without delay
- To frequently go on route riding with vending attendants to observe, learn, teach / train / coach on site
- Responsible for solving all problems that vending attendants face and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure the problems are solved as soon as possible
- Responsible for regularly analyzing vending machine utilization and recommending relocations in cases of under- utilized machines
- Responsible for identifying and exploiting new business opportunities to improve on sales and revenues
- Responsible for ensuring those agreements are renewed on time
- Responsible for competitor analysis and advising management on the market trends
- Responsible for performing any other duties assigned by superiors / management
