UAE Based - Crewing Superintendent - Marine
My client, a marine firm, are seeking a Crewing Superintendent based in the UAE to hands-on manage offshore crewing operations.
Key requirements:
- Proven crewing ability; able to manage full crewing scheduling and planning to meet operational needs.
- Marine and offshore experience
- Knowledge of the mandatory certification and legislative requirements for crewing personnel (for example; competency, marine certifications, visas, work permits).
- Manage the recruitment processes for crewing personnel.
- Crew management systems expertise.
- Excellent English communication skills and a team player ethos.
- Education: Degree or diploma.
Preference will be given to candidates who are already located within the Gulf region.
