Technical Director – Facades

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the technical function of the business across multiple geographies including design, procurement, manufacturing, purchasing, sequencing, installation and O&M of specialist façade, cladding and roofing solutions.
· Produce relevant project specific deliverables for formal submission to the client consisting of Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design Reports and specifications
· Effective resource planning, training and skills development
· Develop and implement effective group quality and safety management systems .
· Carry out site inspections of the quality of the façade access systems during the construction stage and provide site inspection reports
· Develop the current façade access specifications as required, and in line with new or revised codes
