Systems Analyst
Job Purpose:
\[ Responsible for the integration of software components and maintenance of the applications and expected to design and develop the technical components.
Job Responsibilities:
\[ Perform Necessary trouble shooting to resolve Identified Application Issues. Investigate and Identify Necessary Patches;
\[ Coordinate with Administrators for Application of Necessary Patches;
\[ Perform Any Application Setup Necessary to Resolve Identified Problems. Involve in Interface and Transactions Management
\[ Escalation of critical/unresolved issues to stream leads for proper attention.
\[ Use corporate approved integrated development environment (e.g., Visual Studios, Eclipse) to implement defect resolutions
\[ Perform unit testing on his/her defect resolutions to ensure accuracy, integrity, interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results
\[ Analyse and document reasons for test failures, and revises/debugs assigned programs and/or procedures as necessary
\[ Learn and increase knowledge of a single domain and best practices Expand technical and industry expertise
\[ Use corporate approved sourced control applications to maintain code changes Adapt methodologies, technologies and practices to incorporate the change
\[ Follow the agreed development methodologies, standards and techniques.
\[ Advanced knowledge of reporting development and analytical tools (scripted, YSL, YSR, SSRS, Crystal, Custom Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, Micro-Strategy) strongly desired
\[ Experience in database management, financial analysis, SQL queries, and Custom Analytics reports strongly desired
\[ Development experience using SQL, SSRS, SSIS technologies
