Specialist – HR Rewards and Analytics - RAKBANK

Key responsibilities:


 



  1. Assist the Head of HR Rewards  in the design, development, and implementation of total rewards strategies and related HR projects through development of robust analytical models
  2. Provide analytics support to various internal projects and spearheads data analysis and modeling techniques by optimizing current databases, exploring contemporary analytic tools, and conducting primary and secondary research
  3. Conducts annual HR policy audit and aids in implementation of policy changes by liaising  with internal and external stakeholders and conducting thorough cost benefit analysis
  4. Assist in projects related to organization design, job analysis, job evaluation, work force plan, annual salary benchmarking, salary review, incentive design and monitoring
  5. Responsible for providing accurate business information to regulators and internal management committees when required
