Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of HR Rewards in the design, development, and implementation of total rewards strategies and related HR projects through development of robust analytical models
- Provide analytics support to various internal projects and spearheads data analysis and modeling techniques by optimizing current databases, exploring contemporary analytic tools, and conducting primary and secondary research
- Conducts annual HR policy audit and aids in implementation of policy changes by liaising with internal and external stakeholders and conducting thorough cost benefit analysis
- Assist in projects related to organization design, job analysis, job evaluation, work force plan, annual salary benchmarking, salary review, incentive design and monitoring
- Responsible for providing accurate business information to regulators and internal management committees when required
