Responsibilities:
Coordinate social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
• Developing relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
• Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video and written) that drive user engagement
• Monitoring, listening and responding to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Developing and expanding community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
• Overseeing design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
• Creating and managing promotions and Social ad campaigns.
• Managing efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
• Developing cohesive and consistent creative strategy in collaboration with the marketing manager.
• Analyzing key metrics and tweaking strategy as needed in collaboration with the marketing manager.
• Liaising with the brand teams to understand their brand and product launch timings and priorities.
• Compiling monthly reports for management showing results (ROI on social and influencer campaigns)
