The incumbent will be responsible for the overall operations of the site including all activities and accountable for the performance of the Forecourt, Convenience Store and overall site presentation, motivating and developing the staff, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain store standards/cleanliness, customer service and follow the health and safety guidelines. The incumbent will also be responsible for supervision, guidance and safety of all staff employed in the site.
