Fast growing and exciting digital marketing company based in Dubai Internet City is looking for a qualified and ambitious Senior Accountant. Clients include well known household brands based in the GCC.
• Preparation of the end to end Management Accounts for two entities, from posting transactions to preparation of Management packs with commentary
• Reconciliation of the balance sheet including bank ensuring strong controls
• Maintain and reconcile revenue and cost of sales accruals
• Treasury Management - updating the cashflow forecast, authorising payments, ensuring cash is managed on a day to day basis and managing collections
• Manage company secretarial functions such as renewing trade licence, filing accounts with relevant authorities and ensuring company regulatory requirements is up to date.
• Preparation of long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with company strategic plan.
• Maintain, monitor and review profitability by campaign analysis
• Use initiative to find ways to improve the business operations and processes.
• Documentation of finance policies and procedures
• Be able to recommend actions for cost saving and profit-making solutions
• Adhoc work as required from the Managing Director
• Reporting to the Managing Director and CFO
