We are now recruiting a Sales Manager for Television Company . You will be directly reporting to the Ad Sales Head
Dimensions & Accountability (KRA’s)
• Exceeding monthly sales target
• Efficient co-ordination and servicing of the advertising agencies and clients handled by the executive
• Conceptualize innovative and creative sales strategies for various programming initiatives for the brands handled.
• Negotiating various aspects of the business i.e. rates, etc.
• Responsible for payment collections on all agencies and clients handled.
• Market intelligence.
• Competitor research, evaluation and analysis
• Daily co-ordination and supervision of business
• Developing strong on-going relations with existing clients and maintaining profitability through account growth.
