Our client is now recruiting for a Sales Manager- FMCG
Requirements
• The Candidate will manage revenue and net profit of the division by developing sales and marketing strategies and action plans by brand / SKU (product) / channel / outlet and achieve the products objectives in terms of market share, visibility and performance.
• Develop strategic planning objectives & sales targets to set direction for the division.
• Responsible in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, bringing new products, brands, acquiring new business, bringing key accounts in HORECA and retail sector and directing and guiding sales force to achieve this target.
• Manage the price structure to achieve adequate margins in line with the budget.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with the decision makers from the customer side in order to develop the business.
• Ensure that the sales force is properly equipped, trained and motivated to support them in achieving their targets. Responsible for recruitment, training and development of all employees of the division.
• Review and analyze Sales Force achievements to ensure meeting company objectives.
• Ensure right pricing strategy in the market and suggest right promotional planning to drive sales.
• Present monthly/quarterly business review to the company management and principal companies to control performance.
• Responsible for keeping track of division performance.
