In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales of a portfolio of brands for a large watch group in the Middle East and India region.

Description
- Develop and drive sales in the region with defined sales targets to achieve
- Identify and appoint new distributors/ retail accounts and develop strong relationship
- Ensure ongoing reporting, analyse sales and distribution and gather market intelligence to become a stakeholder of all management decisions
- Develop, adapt and implement overall brand strategy with local distributors in coordination with the various brand teams
- Visit markets regularly and drive business jointly with distributors
- Conduct training programs
- Seek and exploit opportunities within existing distribution network
- Stays informed about industry practices, new developments and direction of competition
- Impact product development by anticipating trends from competition and Industry
- Challenge constantly best practice internally and versus third parties
- Work hand in hand with the regional Marketing team to execute local GTM strategies.
Profile- 2-3 years' experience in international sales, ideally within a distributor environment (FMCG, Fashion Accessories or related industries)
- GCC knowledge preferred
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Autonomous, proactive, ability to interact with and co-ordinate between various levels of management
- Very good knowledge of English and Arabic
- Target Driven
- IT competent
