Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and in timely manner, filing important documents related to orders/accounts.- Ensure that assigned accounts’ orders will be handled well from the point of order processing up to deliveries.
- Communicate with customers and supply chain about any issues related to orders’ deliveries , production, complaint etc.
- Fully assist the field sales team in relation with the orders, handling complaints and after-sales discussion, and/or marketing.
- Assists other sales coordinators whenever possible.
- Act as a support in local IT for the team
