We are looking for a Sales Advisor - Footwear Expert to join a Luxury Retail Brand in Dubai Mall.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales target
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience by demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the brand's products and history
- Achieve KPI goals (quantitative and qualitative)
- Provide trainings to new joiners
- Contribute to the daily operations of the store and organising the stocks
- Follow standards and guidelines
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Luxury/Premium Retail (FOOTWEAR)
- Excellent knowledge of footwear (trends, types of leather, knowledgeable about product line)
- Good sales techniques
- Excellent English communication skills (Third Language: Arabic, Chinese, Russian would be a plus)
