Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking - Noor Bank

JOB PURPOSE:


• Deliver assigned financial objectives (Revenue, Assets (funded and non funded) and Deposits targets)
• Develop sustainable and economically feasible relationships with customers.
• Develop account plans and monitor them to enhance share of wallet for the existing relationships.
• To solicit & develop Corporate banking relationship customer base.
• Deepening customer Relationship by providing financial solutions & banking services required to meet individual customer’s business needs.
• Ensuring prudent & profitable customer portfolio for the bank.
• Understanding of customer’s business & industry trends, that would help identify adversities and its implication to the bank
• Timely renewal of Credit Facilities and ensuring high standards of housekeeping.
• Ability to negotiate and manage complex relationships and transactions independently.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ OUTPUT EXPECTED:


  • Achieve financial targets committed as well as non-financial deliverables.

  • Monitor market and competitors’ activities to ensure opportunities for new customer acquisitions and enhanced market share in the segment.

  • Ownership of portfolio vis a vis front end service and account management

  • Memo/Call Update where relevant for all clients.

  • Execute customer instructions & resolve customer queries/ complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide financial advice to clients to maximize returns and minimize risks based on clients’ financial profile.

  • Maintaining high standards to housekeeping.

  • Early identification of Businesses Opportunities as well as Early Warning Signals from client in the portfolio.

DECISION MAKING/ AUTHORITY / JUDGMENTAL COMPLEXITY:


• Strong administration capabilities
• Sales strategy & plan and call to acquire prospective corporate customers through personal contacts referrals and alliances.
• Develop relationship with customers with special emphasis on customer engagement.
• Comply, without exceptions, with internal compliance mandate/ guidelines and UAE Central Bank’s requirements.
• Provide personalized professional and quality banking service to strengthen and deepen customer relationship without compromising profitability.
• Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, New Customers, Attritions etc)
• Understanding of Islamic Banking and Islamic financial products.
• Ensuring portfolio diversity in terms of target sectors and segments.
