We are looking for a Regional Trainer for one of our clients - Multinational Fashion Luxury Brand .
- Identify training needs, handle training analysis
- Plan and schedule trainings and activities
- Provide relevant material for workshops or training sessions
- Develop recommendations and implementations
- Communicate with different departments to identify training needs
- Create innovative training sessions/ programs
- Monitor training sessions and attendance
- Maintain a weekly and monthly feedback to the Training Manager while identifying development opportunities
- Plan and meet the budget
- Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury/ premium retail as a Trainer
- Experience in providing various types of trainings across different teams
- Candidate must have a good business mindset (KPI, result oriented)
- Excellent communications skills and ability to deliver trainings creatively
- Charismatic, dynamic and passionate about Fashion
