Real Estate Sales Manager - AMPioneer Real Estate and General Contracting

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Identify and unlocking business opportunities
    Analyze investment opportunities (Finance, Investment)

  • Develop and generate leads

  • Develop and manage field Sales Department.

  • Recruit, hire, train manage and motivate field sales team to accomplish sales goals.

  • Develop and manage sales programs to ensure achievement of company sales goals and targets.

  • Develop and manage work schedules and daily activities of department, identify problem areas and direct corrective actions.

  • Ensure that Sales Representatives comply with all policies, processes and procedures.

  • Provide ongoing coaching through leadership, encouragement, and constructive feedback.

  • Ensure that sales representatives follow-up with all the leads received in the different types of media, referrals, etc.

  • Clearly define sales goals and expectations for department.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure sales department is providing exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of construction and real estate industries.

  • Creates and updates accurate sales reports as required.

  • Conducts strategic sales meetings and training sessions.

  • Uphold company core values and enforce company policies at all times.

  • Work closely and effectively with other departments and managers.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications


  • Minimum 4+ years experience in managing and training a sales team

  • Required Bachelor's degree

  • Active real estate license

  • Top producing sales professional with a track record of success
