Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and unlocking business opportunities
Analyze investment opportunities (Finance, Investment) - Develop and generate leads
- Develop and manage field Sales Department.
- Recruit, hire, train manage and motivate field sales team to accomplish sales goals.
- Develop and manage sales programs to ensure achievement of company sales goals and targets.
- Develop and manage work schedules and daily activities of department, identify problem areas and direct corrective actions.
- Ensure that Sales Representatives comply with all policies, processes and procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching through leadership, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
- Ensure that sales representatives follow-up with all the leads received in the different types of media, referrals, etc.
- Clearly define sales goals and expectations for department.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure sales department is providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of construction and real estate industries.
- Creates and updates accurate sales reports as required.
- Conducts strategic sales meetings and training sessions.
- Uphold company core values and enforce company policies at all times.
- Work closely and effectively with other departments and managers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years experience in managing and training a sales team
- Required Bachelor's degree
- Active real estate license
- Top producing sales professional with a track record of success
