Portfolio Manager - IT - Business Functions


  • Refine and continually improve PMO process areas in the organization and adapt more of agile methods to fast-track the project execution and completion.

  • Evaluate all business demands from ‘cost vs benefits’ perspective and align the same with high level business priorities and IT strategy.

  • Collaborate with project manager and delivery heads to record the actual status of projects/programs and compare with baseline plan not only to highlight but to also reduce schedule variance, cost variance and quality variance effectively and ensure that actual delivery is aligned with planned Scope, Cost, Time, Quality and ROI objectives.

  • Collaborate with project managers to assess and review risk, issues and change requests periodically in such a way that ‘on time’, ’in quality’ and ‘on cost’ values of the project/program are intact through-out the lifecycle of the program/project.

  • Ensure that actual investment and benefits are systematically recorded.


Must Have:



  • Candidate should have 10+ years of IT experience

  • Candidate should have been actively doing project/program/portfolio management in last 5 years.

  • Should be PMP (or Prince2) or Scrum Master with hands-on experience.
