Duties & Responsibilities:
Our client is hiring a Patient Experience Director to ensure that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided within their facilities. This role will determine how to best deliver an experience consistent with the brand goals and promise, spanning from strategy, design, and pilot to building the business case and implementation. With this there is a responsibility for all patient experience functions and employees. The ideal candidate is a candidate with a 5star hospitality background.
Tasks will include:
• Provides guidance and direction to management and their teams, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance;
• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work;
• Maintains a strong working relationship with all departments to support operations and goals;
• Ensures employees understand customer service expectations and parameters;
• Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; leads by example;
• Ensures that regular on-going communication is happening with employees to create awareness of business objectives and communicate expectations, recognizes performance, and produces desired results;
