- Interprets financial data and understands the implications to the business to assist the Marketing Director and Marketing team with the development of a viable Marketing strategy and tactics
- Reviews competitive market data across marketing channels to influence future project work.
- Requires understanding of each channel (mass and digital) and an evolving knowledge of channels consumers interface with regularly which shifts day to day.
- Produce analytics and derive insights that help increase sales by developing customer loyalty, improving marketing efficiencies, and identifying customer trends that influence our go-to-market strategy.
- Produce reports to describe and analyze customer behavior and customer response analysis to marketing efforts
- Extract large amounts of complex data from databases and synthesize into compelling presentations that help communicate and educate the organization on customer behavior, market trends and company performance trends
- Create ad-hoc reports as necessary for marketing projects that support our go-to-market strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Nielsen’s reporting systems, euro monitor and retailer data.
Identify and communicate sales trends, opportunities/risks, and impact of sales changes, including relationship to the Finance and Merchandise Planning views
Drive detailed post-event analysis of marketing campaigns and segmentation
Deliver data-driven customers insights related to increasing sales, margin, profit, and customer loyalty - Recommend test or roll-out changes to improve efficiency or effectiveness of future campaigns
- Provide offer recommendations based on analysis and business needs
Understand the results and be able to communicate the analysis and recommendations to marketing leadership and Sr. Management - Develop and maintain trend reporting and KPIS that provide insights of Rewards members and Marketing activities to the business
