Diploma Holder or any related course
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience, preferably from a 5-Star Hotel
Ideally working as a Sous Chef or CDP for a min. of 2 years
Has strong background in International Cuisine
Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty
Experienced in managing a team
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
HACCP or PIC certificate is a plus
Good English communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can join immediately (1 month max)
