Open to any nationality
Male/Female, 45 years old and below
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role
Strong experience in handling the imports and export operations and in ensuring proper documentation for all shipments
Coordinate and monitor suppliers, forwarders and transporters to ensure timely delivery and clearances of goods
Monitor the shipment by following up with carriers and constant communication with the consignee/ supplier and update the status of the shipment
Manage customs release and other important documents such as packing list, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, etc
Maintain the Inward-Outward reports of material
Must have connections from Customs
Can join immediately (cancelled visa or visit visa is prioritized) or maximum 1-month
