Legal Officer - Al Ghurair Properties LLC

Responsibilities:
1. Translate of all kinds of legal documents from English into Arabic and vice versa.
2. Trademarks registration in the UAE.
3. Prepare documentation , compile information, coordinate and follow up for registration of free zone companies and Off shore companies.
4. Drafting all kind of self-correspondence on behalf of the legal Manager.
5. Preparing reports related to legal matters to legal manager.
6. Consult with the relevant authorities in order to carry out and complete transactions related to the establishment of new companies, licenses renewable and other transactions.
7. Consult with Dubai courts to follow up the executions of cases pertaining to AGP.
8. Consult with the Notary Public to obtain approval on notarization of the documents to be signed by relevant parties.
9. Handle property tenants disputes with Rent Disputes Committee.
10. Followup on bounced cheques wtih finance department and raise cases as per internal procedure.


Educational Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree preferably in law.
2. Well versed in computer -word-power point-excel.
3. Fluency in Arabic and English.
4. Excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to cope with pressure and solve problems.
7. Good Knowledge of real estate property law, laws of contracts, construction contracts laws and labor law.
