• To provide legal advice to the clients in various areas of the law
• To Interpret laws, rules and regulations to the clients
• To Draft and/or review all types of contracts and agreements, for the clients and to ensure that their terms and conditions are in line with the UAE laws and regulations as well as the Company’s best interest and requirements.
• To represent the clients in legal proceedings
• Handle legal disputes arising from the various cases and attending to them in the most professional manner with highest quality legal service/advice.
• Preparation of Proposals and Legal Service Agreements as per HL&A guidelines & norms.
• To plan, evaluate, analyse & research all clients problems and to give solutions for the same at the client’s best interest.
• Registration of Intellectual Property and Trademark
• Setting up businesses for the clients in UAE, Free Zones, and Offshore and engage in complete legal frameworks.
• Negotiating with opposite parties and coming to an out of Court Settlement, drawing up the terms of settlement to obtain consent decree / order from the Court.
• Keeping the clients informed and updated with the developments in the issuance and amendments of applicable laws and regulations that are relevant to their businesses.
• Keep the client updated periodically on their case related developments
• Keep custody of the active client’s case related legal document and control them in an appropriate manner to ensure their protection and validity at all times
