Job Description:
Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware and software.
Configuration, installation, upgradation and troubleshooting of devices and other networking equipment.
Knowledge of managing printers.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Responds to technical inquiries, logging service and repair.
Co-ordinate with other IT teams for Laptop, Mobile Phones and sim cards.
