Marketing Account Executive


JOB BRIEF:


• will work within a 360-degree marketing and communications multi-service agency, acting as a link between the agency and its clients
• will be responsible for the coordination of clients’ marketing/communications campaigns, and therefore should communicate clearly to all those involved
• will contribute to, develop and manage marketing and communication campaigns to promote the clients’ brand/company, product and/or service
• will manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that client projects are completed on time and within budget
• will be reporting to the Business Unit Head


JOB DESCRIPTION


• liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both
• communicate with clients and agency staff to ensure details of the client marketing/communication campaigns are well implemented and accomplished
• implement marketing/communication plans and campaigns that will help the clients develop their brand, communicate with their target audience including clients’ stakeholders, and build customer relationship
• work closely with in-house or outsourced agency staff to create marketing/communication materials for the clients
• brief content and creative agency staff and assist with the formulation of marketing/communication strategies
o prepare write-up/article briefs to be endorsed to the agency content writers
o produce brief for client creative content requirements to be endorsed to the creative agency staff
• edit and proofread marketing/communications copy before presenting to the client for approval
• present communications/marketing work to clients for approval or modification
• run social media channels of clients
• organize and attend client events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
• source suppliers for client projects when necessary
• lead outsourced staff or suppliers, when appropriate, during events, press events, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
• ensure that the agreed marketing and communication activities are delivered on time
• handle budgets, manage campaign costs and coordinate with Finance in invoicing clients
• write client reports
• monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
• make pitches, along with Business Unit Head, with the aim of securing new business for the agency
• meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements before proposal presentation
• work with agency colleagues to prepare a proposal that meets the client's brief and budget
• support the business unit head in presenting the marketing/communication campaign ideas and budget to the client
• undertake administrative tasks
• arrange and attend meetings with colleagues, clients, partners, suppliers
• maintain and update existing and target client databases

o PR and media relations management
o Event management
o Social media management
o Digital marketing
o Publishing
o BTL activations
o Creatives (artworks, photo and video)
