-Manage and responsible for the centralized Antivirus server
-Manage and responsible for the following.
o Domain Controllers \[AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP\]
o MS SQL Databases (backup, able to run DB Queries, etc.)
o Image and system state backup for third party applications
-Support in the College Management System \[registration application, course distribution, attendance for students and staff, class applications, and faculty class management system\]
-Responsible for backups of all servers and databases.
-Manage CCTV camera’s and DVR backups
-Responsible for inventory and compile all record related to IT includes error reporting, systems, hardware and software information, daily reporting to IT Manager, etc.
-Regular IT status reports, daily, weekly and monthly to IT Manager
-Maintain the records of IT department filing for all projects
-Support and maintain desktop application
-Configure and troubleshoot networks
-Configure and troubleshoot desktop operating systems
-Configure and troubleshoot hardware
-Configure and troubleshoot printers
