To maintain the Network/Security/Systems/Voice Infrastructure within the SLA’s agreed for the bank as well as responsible for Project Management of existing, new and upcoming IT Network Infrastructure projects for successful IT Service Delivery.
• To guide and manage the team towards successful delivery of Infrastructure support for our client's bank.
• To monitor and maintain existing Network Infrastructure.
• To liaison with vendors for installation activities and get projects completed for HO as well as to to Liaison with vendors for installation of ACTIVE and PASSIVE Network Infrastructure for Branches of the bank.
• Will play a key role in implementing successful long term and short term network/security programs/projects for the bank.
• To coordinate with Etisalat and manage MSS ATM infrastructure
• To design Network Architectures (both logical & physical) and creation of iterative conceptual designs down to tactical reference architecture deliverables.
• To design and manage enterprise information/data flows and protection services. This includes enterprise key management of network design experience and information protection spanning to database, file system, and application(s).
• Will be responsible for Network lifecycle management: Planning, Designing, Deployment and operational support and troubleshooting.
• Data Loss Prevention services design and implementation, and secure data exchange with External organizations.
• To perform cost estimation and alternatives analysis for network/security products against technical and functional requirements for HO and branches.
• Follow best practices and evaluate vendors of new products and designs for POC.
• Responsible to produce the deliverables as per the project/support requirements as per the project roles and tasks assigned
• Responsible to provide system reports for IT audit observations and evidences wherever appropriate and follow the audit recommendations
• All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
