• Overall management and responsibility of Customer Service team
• Operational Customer Service management, delivery of business and customer service objectives to quality, performance and cost in line with the business vision and values
• Operational delivery of Customer Service KPI’s, through effective management of the internal employees as well as of the external sourcing-partner
• Providing support, coaching and development of all direct reports
• Implementation of a sustainable organizational business structure insuring stability in a growing and fast changing business
• Strategic development of the Customer Experience Unit by being familiar with requirements, characteristics and innovations of the local home shopping market
• Create and maintain an environment that meets employee needs to inspire the people and to make the company a great place to work
• Develop and implement management capacities and operational roadmaps in line with corporate planning and requirements
