This is a leadership positon in Fitness First MENA reporting to the Chief Operating Officer to effectively manage the Fitness related vertifical. The areas of accountability are primarily associated to PT revenue lines, Product, Innovation in line with industry practices, and Club Design.
Key position responsibilities/requirements include:
PT revenue & Product Development
- Drive PT revenue across territories - UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain & Jordan
- Lead teams to identify new Fitness oppurtunities in the business
- Oppurtunities should be scoped involving Fitness Content, training, implementation, review, marketting and a cost benefit plan
- Remain up to date on developments in all related fields and analysie their possible impact on the business
- Recommend intiatives and producs for the business on an appropiate basis
- Best industry practices to be shared at different platforms & agree on execution as per business requirements in MENA region
Maintain an Effective Team
- Lead recruitments of PTs/ Fitness team across business
- Drive performance in revenue like Fitness, Nutrition, Supplement
- Identification of Product needs within FF MENA ensuring that internal innovation is nurtured, and external resources are used to the maximum effect
Training
- Delivery of education pathways and options for all staff relating to Fitness so that we maintan a world class service and offerings
- Ensure that training covers both performance abiity (business) and technical competence
- Be proactive in initiating training sessions and the implementation of new training related inititives
Implementation of Service Ethos
- Ensure the Customer Service to all members is maintained within the Fitness Teams
- Ensure that training modules are delivered to support a service ethos
- Reiterate at every oppurtunity the importance of Service
