Experience in preparing the schedule/rota of employees
Knowledgeable in dealing with minutes of meeting, documentation and correspondence
Effective and interactive communication skills
Proficient in using MS Office
Must be presentable and well-groomed
Good attitude and lively personality
Can join immediately (cancelled visa or visit visa preferred) or maximum 1-month
