Facility - Residence Supervisor - Park Rotana

We are currently seeking for a young and dynamic Residence Supervisor who will be responsible for administering and managing all aspects of Facility Management and ensuring maximum satisfaction of all tenants at the Residence & Offices Buildings.


As a Residence Supervisor you are responsible for the overall facility operations and actively market the property in order to maximize occupancy level at rentals, based on the pre agreement between the management and the owner, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:



  • Ensure to provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all tenants, so as to achieve a high level of tenant’s satisfaction through personalized service.

  • Ensure tenants are personally greeted by name, if known, and assist to make them feel expected and welcomed

  • To conduct daily morning briefing with Facility Management Team, Share information for the tenant queries, new tenant moving- in and all other related duties.

  • To conduct Show around for prospective cliental for The Residence, provide necessary information about the Park Residence and its facilities.

  • To handle the Leasing process to new Tenant, by collect all relevant documents such as (Visa, Passport, Emirates Id)

  • To process the Tenant handing over of the apartment, by check if all appliances are in good condition, same condition as delivered upon moving in.

  • Maintains an up to date knowledge of Park Rotana Complex information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information to supply information respond to guest queries

  • Maintains an awareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and the occupancy levels

  • Maintains awareness of tenants profile through Facility Management Systems, Opera profiles and updates those accordingly for future reference

  • Assist Facility Management team on Fitout programs.

  • To report any equipment failures/problems and pass any maintenance requests to the Maintenance department

  • Update all maintenance requests in FM software and report to Engineering and follow up.

  • Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to tenants complaints and follows through

  • Provides helpful, friendly and prompt personalized telephone service to all tenants (external and internal)

  • To regularly check the Help Desk is organized, operating with an efficient standard, while checklist are completed and forwarded to the supervisor

  • Adheres to all company and hotel rules & regulations at all times
