A newly established company in UAE is looking for a Facility Management Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible of finding projects, executing it, and hiring the team to work on with.
- Monitor and review budgets and business plans, establish policies and procedures and negotiate contracts.
- The maximization of new business opportunities and sectors to enhance the growth in sales.
- Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases.
- Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors.
- Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors.
- On-site inspection of the new opportunities for the company and the issuing of new bids.
- Obtain quote and tenders from vendors and suppliers.
