We are urgently looking for a 'Facilities Manager' for a well-known Facilities Management company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Salary: AED 3900 - AED 4500
No. of Requirement: 1
Work Duration: 9 hours/ 6 days a week
Note:
- UAE experience must.
Key Responsibilities:
- CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO WORK IN PROACTIVE MANNER WITHOUT SUPERVISION.
- HE SHOULD HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WORKING WITH HVAC SYSTEMS( FCU, AHU, CHILLER, PACKAGE UNITS) , ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING SYSTEMS.
- HE SHOULD BE THE POINT OF CONTACT TO COORDINATE WITH ALL PROPERTY /FACILITIES MANAGEMENT TASKS.
