Arabic Translation & Copy writing
For Marketing
- Proof read and approve all Arabic translation of artworks suggested by agencies
- Translate brand marketing messages and emailers, reflect the same in both Arabic and English
- Translate and copy write in house crafted messages, advertising materials, product packaging, press releases, etc.
- Ensure quality and turnaround time is within 24 hours from the time of brief
- Support in approving and translating web content on product descriptions, etc.
- Support Marketing team in translating communication on offers and offerings for Shukran customers
- Translate each CVM campaign’s customized content for the SMS (usually for 11 different Segments) in Arabic keeping the below points in view:
- Highlighting the brand, offering/product, campaign & offer.
- Limiting the content to 131 Characters Max, for cost optimization

For Learning & Development
Training content Translation:
- Reading through original material and rewriting it in the target language, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained
- Proofreading and editing final translated versions
- Providing grammatically correct, well-expressed final version of the translated text, usually as a word-processed document, pdf
- Prioritizing work to meet deadlines
- Retaining and developing specialist knowledge on specialist areas of translation
Content development for Nursery Furniture and other departments:
- Create product specific modules in coordination with the operations head, subject matter experts and the concept training resource i.e. Nursery Furniture, Basic, Toys, Clothing
Program delivery compliance:
- Deliver training programs for employees (Backend & Frontend staff) as and when required and travel if needed
- Timely and correct maintenance of training records for programs delivered
