Executive Assistant - JAMS HR Solutions

This role provides general administrative support to the Chairman as well as other employees and special projects as required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform general office housekeeping and maintain a positive and clean work environment at all times.
• Assist in making arrangements for Company’s meetings and ensure office supplies are available as and when needed.
• Provide an efficient and effective general administration support service to ensure smooth functioning of departments (e.g. photocopying, filing, scanning, faxing etc.)
• Organize and maintain a variety of records and files related to departmental operations and ensure office filing and storage systems are properly maintained.
• Other roles and special projects as required.
• Ensure work flow for day to day departmental operations in an orderly and timely manner.
