The Organization:
Our client is a rehabilitation and long-term care provider, with facilities in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain. They provide multidisciplinary and intensive rehabilitation for individuals suffering from neurological problems in subacute, post-acute and long-term care settings.


Duties & Responsibilities:
Our client is hiring a Document Controller at their head office in Abu Dhabi, responsible for storing data and records for document retrieval and archives.
• Maintenance of company documents - storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents;
• Maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised;
• Maintain systems for document storage and retrieval, and help train employees on efficient system usage;
• Ensure that the overall activities meet the requirements of quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care;
• Provide security and protection for all controlled documents, to ensure safety of vital information;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest development in process improvement of document controlling specially related to the healthcare industry;
• Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information;
