Male/Female, 34 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree or any relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury brand as Boutique Manager/Supervisor or Senior Sales capable of handling a small team
Knowledgeable in Business Development, Retail Operations and people development
Oversees the staff and implement strategies to increase productivity
Can conduct training and seminars to motivate and build the skills of their team members
Must have pleasing personality
Excellent Communication Skills
Can join immediately or 1 month maximum
Work Location: Abu Dhabi
Work timing as per mall hours (48 hours or 6 days per week)
Salary up to 12,000 AED in full package depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions
