You will be responsible in managing the different section of the department (Mens, Womens, Lingerie, Personal Shopping). You will be running the day to day financial and non-financial operations, customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. You will have the most success if you have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, retail and stock management.
