- Performs preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with prescribed process & procedures.
- Provides provide Network Services with on-site assistance in providing and connecting communication connections.
- Supervises hardware sub-contractors for the construction of cabinets, cabling, and patching as per Injazat standards.
- Racks equipment into cabinet as per approved plan. Labels as per Injazat standards.
- Handles and receives of equipment from/to Data Center facility.
- Ensures quality assurance for work being done by any party.
- Supervises day-to-day activities to provide a base of knowledge for the data centre to assure a reliable and professional operation.
- Supports assessments and planning of power/space capacity, and related issues that impact IT equipment. Conducts visual inspection and reporting of all client cabinets in the data center.
- Verifies DC engineers work and advises accordingly.
- Completes all logs, forms, as required.
- Ensures all checklists are up to date, any errors or omissions are being notified to Management.
