Duties & Responsibilities:
Our client is hiring Customer Relationship Managers for 2 different locations in UAE. This role is responsible to build and preserve relationships with customers. The client is focused on finding ways to outperform competition and maintain the company’s positive image.
• Building customer relationship management for sales and marketing to help build long-term patient relationships by proactively understanding and serving the needs of patients;
• Non-clinical patient relationship management solutions to achieve customer expectations and cement customer loyalty within the demands of time;
• Enabling proactive care by establishing long-term relationships with patients and achieve improvements in patient care and satisfaction and integrating with their current systems.
This may include:
• Educate patients, develop and improve relationships through outreach programs;
• Coordinate patient activities between clinicians, departments and healthcare organizations through case management;
