We know actual figures work best for you. You'll be earning a base salary. On top of that there's a very aggressive, uncapped commissions and bonuses structure. If you're a good fit for the role, you can realistically expect to earn in Year 1 USD 60,000+, Year 2 USD 80,000+, and Year 3 onwards USD 100,000+.

Our product is called 'Summits'. An Summit is an elite, business event, held in wonderful locations around the world. Day to-day, you’re researching and contacting solution providers to share with them the benefits of attending our Summits. The sale is complex and strategic, but the sales cycle itself is very short. To be successful, you must be a quick thinker and an effective communicator. You'll need to be able to initiate, and then establish your accounts, with CEOs & Presidents globally. You'll use social media platforms to reach out and engage with them. You're also managing all of the enquiries you receive. Primarily, however, the phone is your core piece of equipment day-to-day.


THE MUST HAVE'S
• You need to have the legal right to live and work in the US
• A valid passport for international travel
• Your spoken English is completely fluent. Your written skills match that
• You're a good time-keeper. This means you arrive on time each day and meet your daily deadlines
• You have to enjoy a performance focused culture where numbers count
• The phone is your friend



ABILITY AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN ABOUT



• How to identify the right prospects for each event's target audience
• Researching, contacting, negotiating and closing senior level decision makers globally
• Planning and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact in pursuit of sales targets
• Account management of a personal client base
• Data entry and reporting
