Responsibilities
1. to coordinate with suppliers for regular activities, such as meeting arrangement, training, payment troubleshooting etc.;
2. to assistant procurement managers with basic procurement activities, data analysis, PO issuing, contract draft and follow-up, any activities related to procurement process;
3. to coordinate with HQ for their requirements and follow up;
University undergraduate or above, Bachelor of business holding prefer
Work experience
Have over 3-year field experience in procurement, MKT, or Retail, and have good project management experience. Be familiar with MKT knowledge of the device and the industry development trend.
Be fluent in English, English as work language, Chinese is a plus.
Professional knowledge
1. Knowledge of procurement processes: basically grasp MKT service knowledge procurement business processes, and be proficient in IT tool operations.
2. Business environment and legal knowledge: basically grasp the procurement business environment and mode, and be familiar with local laws and regulations as well as knowledge of international trade, import and export.
