We are urgently hiring a 'Business Development Manager' for a well-known HR Consultancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Designation: Business Development Manager

Salary: AED 4000 - AED 5000

Note:

Key Objectives:

Responsible for reaching out to SMEs and MNCs to understand their hiring needs.
Should have skills and experience in understanding how various businesses work, the nuances and challenges facing various industries and a broad understanding of HR challenges and functions in the UAE.
Understanding the business scenario and assisting business heads and management in all areas of Human Resources and Marketing including Business Development and Client Acquisition.

Key Result Areas:

Proactively generate leads and referrals, reach out and contact management / senior HR decision makers in UAE based organizations.
Arrange & attend meetings, follow up and discuss employer needs in a consultative manner.
Be well versed in Human Capital platform functionalities, candidate demographics and general employment trends in the region.
Attend Human Resources events plus any other networking events in the annual calendar.
Strategic decision making with regards to account management and proposal creation.
Ongoing relationship management / CRM with your accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts.
Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business.
Work together with the internal researchers to match the candidates to the profile and create a shortlist.
Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitment.
