Core responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for accurate and timely enrollment, cancellation and update of employee medical insurance coverage records.This position reports to Group payroll Manager.
-Ensures accurately and timely daily enrollment , deletion and updates of employee and dependents records in medical insurance provider and internal database.
-Distribute and collect the medical insurance card at the time of enrollment and deletion respectively.
-Communicate with and advise employee with their claim, policy and general queries.
-Prepares quarterly premium payment reconciliation for the line manager and the finance team.
-Supports line manager in a yearly medical insurance provider review and contract negotiations.
