Job Purpose: Initiate & deliver finance change initiatives
Key Responsibilities/Output Expected
1. Initiate and deliver various finance change initiatives in terms of requirements documentation, support design & delivery, identify and mitigate risks and track progress.
2. Assist in embedding key initiatives such as FTP, VAT, Basel 3 into BAU
3. Improve governance of finance processes through introduction or amendments of existing policies, defining standard operating procedures, introducing MIS & control reports.
4. Identify new opportunities to automate and reengineer processes including driving the optimal utilization of our partners such as Concentrix
5. Drive activation of OFSAA for all reporting requirements, implementation of BI tool & leveraging of Hyperion Planning for budgets
